I love the idea of it and have been waiting for it for a number of years. When my 4a dies or gets too slow, I’m hoping to make the leap to whatever gen is out.
My question for current owners: in real use, where are you getting the most value from the higher screen real estate?
I had the galaxy fold 2 for a long time. I really really loved being able to open up the phone for things like video and viewing art and reading comics etc.
My use case was, however, more of a regular phone scroller MOST of the time, and then sometimes enjoying content in a larger screen. I think the galaxy is for people who will use the inner screen primarily.
I think my use case is more appropriate for the Pixel fold. On the galaxy fold NONE of the screens were in a “normal” aspect ratio so stuff would look wonky on either screen.
The aspect ratios make a lot more sense in the pixel fold.
