This necro helped me with the events in the helltide and I led them to the events. I was gonna take them to a chest but they just disappeared! I hope they found it and got some really nice gear.

There’s at least local text chat. I am not sure if proximity voice chat would be good though. Every time I turn on voice chat in any multiplayer game, its a bunch of young kids screaming or grown men trolling.
Haha that’s true. Text chat is really bad for console, sadly. I’d like to be able to use a keyboard on the PS5 just to type
I played FF14 on PS too, so I have small bluetooth keyboard when I really need to chat
But usually emotes is enough for now
