A violent mob literally broke into the building, with the explicit intent of killing him.
They literally built a (shitty) gallows onfront of the building to hang him from if they got him that far.
And after Jan 6 he spent weeks in hiding, terrified of being killed.
I think Trump has video of Pence fucking his own mother or something, thats the only thing that explains his obsession with calling his wife mommy, and his refusal to call out the literal terrorism and fascism in his party… now that the heat has died down, at least.
Mike Pence is a coward. How can a coward be president? He can’t even stand up for himself.
I think it is more denial then anything. They think that the status quo will go on once trump is in prison.
So they are trying to save the republican party, not realizing that there is no more Republican party.
There is MAGA and there are RINOs. And RINOs only have 30% of the republican voters. With Pence only getting 3% of them.

Anyone who hasn’t called out Trump by now loves power more than their country. They aren’t serving for the people, they don’t have principles, they just want the power of holding office and what comes with it.
They know the base of the GOP are fully in the cult of personality that is Trump, and they know their careers in politics will be over if they turn on him.
