I also received a text letting me know that I should have my funds coming in the next week. I’m a bit confused as to why my company would send me some cash, does thus have something to do with the union and some sort of deal they’ve made about receiving holiday pay for a portion of the time I was fired? Or is the company trying to fuck me by telling DOL “actually we sent them money during this period when they told you we didn’t”
No idea what the fuck is going on. This isn’t severance pay either, doesnt exist at my job
Maybe ask the union about it, they should know if they’re already involved ;-)
On the other hand unions might be different in different countries, maybe also tell the ppl here where that actually happened.
