I’ll be honest I feel like there are plenty of ways to ban the Klan without banning mask wearing, and the hoods are pretty low on my list of reasons the Klan is bad
I don’t think it was aesthetic purposes. It was because they hid their faces. The US can’t ban the klan or else the founding fathers will haunt the president or something idk it’s in the constitution
