Disney needs to lose this. This is the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard. OK, maybe not. But it’s pretty close.
One would think a better tactic might be arguing that it wasn’t a Disney owned and operated restaurant.
Wtf, are terms and conditions of commercial entities in the US above the law?
