Hi Mark,

From one Marvel fan to another, what does the chance of getting access to the otherwise mechanically unique Secret Lair Marvel cards in a later product look like now after the feedback was passed on? Still low? Impossible?

All the unique mechanical cards from the Marvel Secret Lair will appear later in the same mechanical form, possibly with the same name, in some product.

      They should have made them silver bordered and put in special Un-sets. Like now you have Un-cards people actually want, while keeping them seperate from the main IP, with the option of making them tournament-legal by reprinting them in-universe.

      @Ithorian @mike
      I don’t think the answer quite means what you’re thinking.
      If MaRo’s answer had been no, that would mean the only way to access these mechanically unique (and tournament legal) cards would be in the limited print run secret lair. That SEVERELY restricts supply, which would cause any cards that are needed for tournaments to spike to hundreds or thousands of dollars, depending on the format.

    I personally think all of these cards should be re-printed into regular “Universes Within” sets but I get the feeling that they’ll just scatter them into the 3 Marvel sets coming out.

      @mike The level of cryptic used makes me believe they are probably printing some with just changed art in the Marvel sets. And others will have UW treatments.

      It may not even be settled which is going to have which done to it.
