If I recall correctly the last library game I found mostly revolved around some mechanics I really would not enjoy… glad to find out about this. Although apparently it has farming and fishing… I do not have anything against those mechanics usually, but it would be nice to see a cozy life sim without those things.
Going to be hard to find a cozy life sim without farming and fishing.
Even Nivalis, an upcoming cyberpunk life sim from the creators of Cloudpunk has farming and fishing. Although I like that you can actually manage your own nightclub and restaurant.
It’s great until the late game, when villagers from the church across the street threaten to burn your library down because you have Sewing the Rainbow in your stack.

It definitely doesn’t sound like that kind of game.
Although it would be intriguing if they an Easter egg of sorts which include something along the lines of what your described.
