    Without reading the article, my first take is that no, it should be our right to opt-in. That is, it should be the default to be opted out, and only explicit permission ever opts you in.

        Do you know what thee luddites were protesting? Be ause it wasn’t technology. They were prootesting the fact that industrial looms were benefical to wealthy capitalists who made fortunes stealing the livelihoods of communities.

          Put down your phone. Put down literally everything in your life and go live in a cave.

          The solution is not to rid the world of a particular technology, but to rid the rich of their heads. 🤷‍♂️
