makes sense considering that all of legacy media is helping trump like supressing the mass protests against ice all over the country.
even on social media like tiktok and reddit, they have to call it music festivals becuase the censors are actively blocking it.
The meter and the functionality it offers is an absolute fucking joke of display of responsibility and journalistic integrity. It’s smoke and mirrors, hidden behind a participation button.
The suggestion that they can’t hold themselves accountable, and in fact are so incapable of doing so that they need their unpaid readers to do it, should be offensive to anyone who visits the site.
i wish something like the citizen press existed in the united states like it does in mexico, with the same popularity.
