Crossing the street guy looks like he was smuggling Garfield and Stimpy in his shirt when he died.

Note: sharks don’t like eating people as our bones are too dense and we lack fat. However they are both peckish and curious and their momma’s teached them not to pass a meal without trying it first.
Plus some sharks (e.g. great whites) use their teeth for tactile feedback.

Unfortunately, when bitten, we tend to bleed out quickly in the water and that’s what often hurts us badly.

Addendum: When starving though, a meal is a meal but we are still yucky.

The graphic imagery with the silly drawing style and punch line do not fit each other well.

This is a group of dead people meeting, presumably in some sort of afterlife.

The ghost-looking one died while changing bedsheets, and apparently is still wearing a bedsheet, which leads to them looking like a classic ghost.

Yes, I get that. I understand the stories of the first 3, how their bodies are damaged. I don’t understand the fourth tile.

The joke is that the reason ghosts are classically depicted as white blobs is because it’s very common to die while changing sheets. The ambiguity is part of the humor.
