As long as the crust doesn’t break your teeth, I consider it edible. Just throw a little hot sauce on there
Pro tip: drizzle olive oil on the meat, will come out greasy and OH MY FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER LOOK AT THAT CHAR JOB!
There’s good char, which usually involves leopard spotting, and then there is this. Basically the wrong bits have charred.
