Sample kill. Mediterranean Man was nice. It smells good. It doesn’t make it to my Stirling favorites list though. I think it pairs nicely with Floïd. The Stirling tallow base was great as always.
Have a good day!

- Brush: Rad Dinosaur Creations “Nebulagance” - TurnNShave Quartermoon 26mm Synthetic
- Razor: Gillette Rocket HD
- Blade: Personna Lab Blue (1)
- Lather: Cyril R. Salter - French Vetiver - Cream
- Post Shave: Catie’s Bubbles - DFTR - Aftershave
- Post Shave: Oleo & Co. - Facial Toner - Toner
- Fragrance: Stirling - Stirling One - EdT
My first time trying the Cyril Salter cream after receiving a smush from WorldRallyX like two months ago.
I’m pretty impressed! Very easy to lather, pretty great performance, and damn this French Vetiver scent is great. It’s a very smoky vetiver which is just lovely.

- Lather: Stirling Soap Co. – Satsuma
- Post Shave: Stirling Soap Co. – Satsuma
- Fragrance: Acqua di Parma – Blu Mediterraneo Arancia di Capri

Gloomy rainy November Sunday today, and I decided to rage, rage against the dying of the light and used my brightest, summeriest, citrusiest setup. I smelled agressively fresh and clean all (rainy) afternoon. Nice.
I smelled agressively fresh and clean
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Exactly :)
A Samichlaus soap?
Spearhead Seaforth! Spiced is THE Samichlaus soap for me. Mandarine oranges and gingerbread spices, it fully nails it.

- Brush: Wolf Whiskers - "Gianmaria" w/Maggard 26mm Synthetic
- Razor: RazoRock GOAT
- Blade: Shaverboy (2)
- Lather: Stirling Soap Co. - Friends to the End - Soap
- Post Shave: London Razors - Mountain Laurel - Aftershave
- Post Shave: Nivea - Sensitive Beard & Face - Balm
Wonderful wonderful, aside from the Shaverboy blade which did not improve from the 1st use.
Yes, the shave is very close – but the blade doesn't feel great.
I'm so glad I was influenced by @djundjila@sub.wetshaving.social and ordered Friends to the End. Such a great scent.
Having used fresh edges for most of my recent straight razor shaves, I have turned into a straight razor snob. My DE and SE blade shaves this month have all felt harsh.

- Brush: Zenith B15 (506 U/L) 27.5mm Boar
- Razor: F.W. Engels Leader 6/8 Full Hollow Square Point
- Lather: Noble Otter - Jack - Soap
- Toner: Thayers - Coconut - Toner
- Aftershave: Noble Otter - Jack - Aftershave
2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
I wanted to give the Escher edge on this F.W. Engels another go. Wow, such a close shave, and the scent of Jack made me want to run down to my bar and make a very tall gin & tonic.
