      Don’t know about storage, but memory chip makers have already said they won’t boost production because they know this is ai bubble demand

        I’m talking about kilemeters and kilometres of computer “stuff” now not being fueled by the AI bubble any more and will (hopefully) flow out into the second hand market.

    Lol, I’ve picked a terrible time to build a homelab. I decided to bite the bullet on the RAM, and now HDDs might suffer the same fate by the time I’m ready to stock up.
