In response to a question from CBC News, Leduc-Labelle said the restructuring exercise began “well before the start of the unionization process within the studio in June 2025.”

        Why would I buy Insert Genre Here - Map Janitor 2026 when Ubisoft can’t even treat their actual real life janitors right? I know this is about developers, but how do you think they treat the janitors of their offices if they treat crucial developers like this?
