Once monarchy/oligarchy has removed rule-of-law enough … then law only means anything when it’s law-against-the-power-minority … & that’s what’s being seen, more & more.
There’s no point in pretending otherwise: corruption’s lordhood in many countries won’t tolerate competition, not by rule-of-law, not by other-factions, not by civil-rights, not by anything.
