Rise of the Ronin I know it has stealth like sekiro/ASSin’s creed and maybe Wo Long has too.
They run like shit on PC, at least when I tried Rise of the Ronin on Linux.

They are proton compatible, they are just really poorly optimized for PC.
I’ll trust your judgement. I’d prefer something that’s advertised on steam as deck compatible just to avoid faffing about with settings
