they use recaptcha. that now requires a Google approved mobile device for anyone using a custom ROM or accessing the site using Linux or a VPN. I use CachyOS on PC and GrapheneOS on mobile, and a VPN on both, so I’m effectively banned from any of the Archive sites from now on, until or unless they stop using Google.
