This was the last game I was expecting to be remade but I’m not complaining, the new art looks so clean
Yeah, I’m glad they chose to stick to a faithful style for the portraits. I’m glad there’s a classic mode that’s as faithful as possible to the original release as well. I’m looking forward to seeing more of this in action
Almost missed that several languages are going to be officially supported! According to the touhou-project.news page: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Italian. I believe this is the first time an official Touhou game has been localized for any language, hopefully they do a good job with it.
Yeah that’s pretty big! The fan translators did a great job with patchers and whatnot over the years, it’ll be interesting to see a side-by-side.
Neat, and ZUN’s looking well. Haven’t played since… Ten Desires? Goddamn, there’re so many more now.
