There shouldn’t be any kind of “country first” ideology anyway. Trump and all the 1% need to be buried in a submarine along with all those other idiots that went before them.

The meme originally was used for someone who said they’d do something good and did something bad. For a while it was popular to reverse it and be funny by having it do something good, but most usages I’ve seen are like this one
