For real, I remember seeing some documents claiming 73 TW would future proof humanity about a decade ago, but NOT ANYMORE!
EDIT: For anybody wondering how that math worked out, it basically stipulates that by setting up the solar we would no longer need to transport oil across the globe and thereby cut total power usage to a point that it would never outpace new solar.

Imagine a cool USA that loaded up a bunch of Aircraft Carriers with huge amounts of solar panels to donate in a mass wave?
I really hope I get to visit Cuba someday, though I would understand if I wasn’t welcome given how cruel my government has been for absolutely no good reason, especially after the end of the Soviet Union and any actual threat from Cuba.
The castro family would probably try to have it all burnt for “disrupting the revolution”.
