It’s a lame edgelord-tier take to make jokes that imply it’s good that rich people died. They died in a nightmare scenario that they paid for, which is ironic but still sad. Those were still people.

I don’t hate people for being rich. I hate how the system we live under enables some to get absurdly rich while others suffer from poverty. You all know that you would take a billion dollars if you had the chance to get it. Then you’d be one of “those people”

No, I think there’s a difference between hypothetically receiving a billion and what one does to earn/generate a billion.

The difference is exploitation, and sure, that’s a fundamental part of our daily lives (he tapped into a smart phone, the hypocrisy is real), but the difference is they almost certainly doubled down in their greed, whereas I’m just maintaining comfortable levels within my sphere of influence - maybe I’m just mediocre, but I honestly believe the world is a better place without your typical billionaire.

      I agree with your sentiment.

They are largely a product of modern society and economics, raised up by this beast, a ton of learned behavior mixed with the worst of human nature… crammed into a person.

By default, for me, they are ultimately relatable. I can see how they got that way.

I don’t agree with their actions, I think they are mostly immoral and I think we can do without them.

But I can not say I’m glad they died. That would serve no function.

But, this meme is kinda funny.
