    Because college landlords are even worse scum than normal landlords and college students are even more exploitable than normal Tennants, I’d guess.

    Unions are an incredible tool and I get they’re the point of the community, but I hope we can go one step better someday and start creating more housing cooperatives, housing cooperatives are cool as fuck

      One policy I would back is having tenent unions push for right of first refusal. Basically if the land lord is selling first they must let the tenant Union take first offer (said offer has to be an affordable one of course, no absurd over pricing.)
