I read the title and I think “hmm, interesting. Did they actually have a study supporting this claim?” so I open the article and the title is:
“Companies Think Their Idiot Customers Will Accidentally Cancel Their Subscriptions if It’s Too Easy”.
Any reason why you decided to turn your own title into a misleading click bait, OP?
