Here in Canada I don’t have the cinematic wallpaper or emoji wallpaper feature. I also don’t have the automatic timer start feature when taking photos. I don’t understand why these were touted as feature drop features when they were server side all along, or they need an individual app (the camera) to be updated.

Does anyone have the Cinematic wallpapers option? I have the emoji workshop but don’t have the option to create my own wallpapers.
