Tell that to the office 360 subscriptions everything runs on these days…
Lol, what? Just about every single government agency and most of corporate America is fully reliant on Microsoft software for their office suite, database management tools, SDEs, etc.
Those don’t pay remotely as much.
And the market is only open from 9:30-4. Not that steam is even publicly traded.
You only get that “marketing” if your game is already popular. So the 99% of games not getting that visibility are paying the same as those free that are.
No one earns a billion dollars.
Man who didn’t want his business to be completely reliant on Microsoft, made a decision to ensure his money in the future
That’s not how numbers work
Yeah I have an agenda against the misuse of words.
The video even says it, this is closer to a ponzi scheme than a pyramid scheme. Pushing aponzi scheme into a stock wrapper doesn’t transform it into a pyramid.
New home prices dropping pulls down the prices of existing homes … Why buy an old house if you can get a newer house for cheaper?
I didn’t have to. If a title asks a question, the answer is no.
No, because pyramid scheme has a specific meaning and a stock using speculative investments to pro up it’s own value does not fit that definition.
Anyone who has purchased a house previously, for living in not just speculation, would be affected. If you took out a loan to buy a home and the value tanks, and you have to move for whatever reason, selling the house might not be enough to pay off the loan. That’s bad for the average person.

I don’t pay attention to those, so it was the only one I knew the name of.
Stable coins exist to counter that very problem. There’s several out there that are pegged to the value of the dollar, and are mostly used as intermediaries when trading between other coins.
USDT is one such option.
… Just because they put stuff out there “for” consumers does not mean they are the primary target audience. Those are the dregs
Words have meaning. Please understand them before replying
Consumers aren’t the main target for AI applications. It’s primarily enterprise software.
It’s not untrue. Most games never get that exposure. You have to be popular within a certain time frame to get any chance at showing up. You can try to game it, sure, but most will fail to achieve that
