Actually saw study recently where beyond a certain point. Every point you lose in BMI you also reduce your sexual partners. So yeah, being reasonably fit with a little bit of fat is generally the best build.

Definitely go get the patch that adds a lot of English to the quotes, panels, quizzes and such. It’s a wonderful game without it, but it becomes an absolute s tier juggernaut with it. I even used to play it a bit competitively online if you can imagine that was possible.
