1 year agoBruh I’m still doing okay with my base 2014 Macbook Air with 4GB of ram. Youtube, web browsing and Microsoft word is all I really use it for. I’m sure a new MacBook with 8GB is perfectly fine in 2023.

They did it with the regular iPhone (14 & 15 Plus) and the M2 MacBook Air (15 inch). So there is a good chance they may bring a bigger, cheaper iPad Air eventually.
