Leaked? Didn’t they publicly publish it?
just band together
Good luck!
Yep, old Genocide Joe and Killer Kamela were certainly worse on Gaza.
Good theory, but it looks like they all came back including the transgender related subs.
This man needs to go to prison for this. He is allowing unvetted people to gain access to sensitive information about former and current government employees. As a former federal employee whose information was leaked in the last OPM data breach, I am beyond irate about this. I will be contacting all of my representatives to make it ABSOLUTELY FUCKING CLEAR that this is unacceptable and needs to be stopped and result in incarceration for everyone involved including the security guard who was “just doing his job” by NOT DOING HIS MOTHER FUCKING JOB!
If the rumors about his odor are to be believed, though, he may not like showers.
Some of the publicly available data is disappearing under the new administration. Most notably information about COVID, long COVID, vaccines, and bird flu is disappearing. Presumably, this data dump contains the missing data.
This rotation appears to be OAN, New York Post, Breitart, and Huff Post. So, three conservative organizations plus Huff Post.
Huff Post is an organization that has no credibility on the right and no experience covering the Pentagon. They’re removing the outlets that might actually be able to make a difference while still giving themselves the cover of “Well, we added Huff Post!”
I’m waiting to see them start banning NBC, ABC, etc from Whitehouse press events.
The difference here is that leaving would come with a severance package. Offering the same kind of severance package that a company would normally give during layoffs, but allowing people to selectively take it seems like a very reasonable way to handle reducing payroll.
I imagine that, if not enough people take the offer, they might then have layoffs so this seems like a pretty humane and nice way to handle a tough situation.
So, the problem, as I see it, is that we already did the protest thing under the first Trump administration. It didn’t do much then and we’re tired now. It’s been about a decade of hearing about awful shit from Trump and realizing that our family members, coworkers and neighbors are actually awful people.
Thanks, yes. This is what I was trying to say but didn’t quite manage to state correctly.
Trump’s order never went into effect. The judge blocked his order before it could take effect.
It’s unlikely that it will ever take effect either as evidenced by the injunction. The judge wouldn’t have issued an injunction if she didn’t think there was:
I wonder what things are slipping by while we’re all distracted by this insanity…
Loren AliKhan
She.
Also, yes, she blocked it for a week. She blocked it immediately because it has a significant chance of causing harm if it were to take effect immediately. This gives her time to consider the issue and give a real ruling. The fact that she blocked the order from going into effect so quickly indicates that she thinks that she is likely to block the order altogether.
You’re right, it’s not a “major loss” for Trump yet, but it is shaping up to be one. I expect she will block this, it will get appealed to the DC Court of Appeals who will affirm, then SCOTUS will decline to hear the subsequent appeal.
I might have to come join you all.
You know, I’d never thought of it this way. If Canadians were willing, I’d whole heartedly welcome them!
I’m curious, what percentage of civil rights litigation is handled by DOJ as opposed to state agencies, non profits, and private litigants?
This is obviously awful but what is it’s impact?
But, but, I thought he didn’t need this because he has never served two CONSECUTIVE terms! /s
All it took is for one woman to say “have mercy” because that sentiment could only be political and was never part of Christianity.
