Don’t buy it for AAA games. It thrives on AA and indie games, but AAA games will suck the battery like crazy (on the original model, at least) and you’ll be lucky to get 60 frames on any AAA games from the last few years.

Woah, this is cool.
To me, it looks like it basically anonymizes your search through a search engine of your choice.
Meaning, you can still use google for a search if you choose, but the data they would usually collect is out of reach.
Am I understanding this correctly?
Why hasn’t the market observed all this crazy news? It confuses me to no end.
Either I’m too dull to understand this or it is not to my tastes.
I learned some excellent new words thanks to this book:
Inimical - tending to obstruct or harm
Pyrolatry - Fire worship
Suzerain - a feudal overlord, or a sovereign state having some control over another, internally autonomous state. Though the book’s definition is much more expressive.
Thanks for calling that out. Hopefully this newfound knowledge sticks!
The book is short relative to others in its class, so I would encourage you to read it. You can find janky PDFs on Archive.org.
I think it’s so hilarious that all of a sudden the establishment is bullish on nuclear.
As always, too little, too late.
I am just so sick of humankind’s incredible ability to always fuck up. It’s remarkable how terrible we are as a species. Such vast intellect, and yet we seldom put it to good use.
I wonder what the most effective way to de-radicalize these individuals is.
Agreed. And yet there are plenty of Gen Z and Gen Alpha religous zealots.

The proliferation of doublethink within the last ten years has been incredibly frightening.
Winamp kicks the llama’s ass
There is only one artist I listen to, that being Aleksi Perälä.
Colundi is an alternative tuning scale, not a genre of music. There are other artists out there making music with Colundi frequencies, but Perälä is the pioneer.
If you like jungle drums and sonic experimentation, check out his Midnight Sun project.
If you like acid techno, check out his Northern Lights project under the Ovuca namesake.
If you like ambient techno, check out the Colundi Sequence.
If you like breakbeat-fueled IDM, check out Sunshine, Starlight, and Moonshine.
He has lots more music, but I haven’t listened to it yet.
Honestly, writing your thoughts can give you incredible insight into what you’re really thinking.
It’s so easy to just swim in a sea of irreconcilable thoughts nowadays — writing down the first thing that comes to mind can give you an interesting look into your mind.
I have written some seriously profound things off the cuff at a whim, or realized things about myself that I wouldn’t have otherwise.
