I don’t have the energy to start something and try to rally a bunch of devs, but I would join it.

Reviews in OpenStreetMap, so that google maps can have a real competitor.
Its not FOSS, but I use to use foursquare for years because of how good it was at finding good restaurants / things to do in a new city. Now that its shut down, there’s no real alternative that comes close.

Browsers are bigger than operating systems now. One of the points of gemini is to use a very restricted language and abilities, so that developers can create their own gemini browsers easily.
As it stands now, google exerts enormous control on the web because of how complicated it is to make a browser. Currently mozilla is google’s only competitor in browser engines.

While gemini is a great project, I personally think a better route would be to create a local or server service that converts and saves existing webpages to markdown, and local apps acting as markdown browsers utilizing it.
With that people could write simple browsers, as well as reduce spying and have static content viewable on all form factors.
Everything that’s not static content (like the fediverse) already can have dedicated apps.
There are some really popular FOSS apps for android, that are also on google play. Things like tasks.org , all the fossify apps, termux, joplin, ankidroid, thunderbird / k9, and many more.
These being potentially removed from google play by developers due to a developer strike, would have more of an impact than KeepAndroidOpen’s current top strategy, which is for users to mass email their country’s regulators, which are easily ignored by either politicians or google.

Polling of turtle island indigenous peoples indicate that a good majority still prefer the term Indians. You can read Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz All the real indians died off and 20 other myths for the reasons.
I tried to open up an issue (and did a PR) suggesting a developer strike as a tactic (IE open source devs adding their names to a list to promise to remove our apps from google play if developer ID goes through) on the KeepAndroidOpen repo. As a dev whose made many android apps and have them on both f-droid and google play, I thought this would mean something.
The maintainers of that repo have been ignoring me to death since April. I was told by the maintainer that the project was “leaderless”, but in reality it seems they’re very opposed to a developer strike, otherwise my PR would’ve gotten more attention.
Israel : “no”
US : “alrighty then, here’s 10 billion dollars”

Biden’s legacy will be that he was the butcher of Gaza. Who forced his administration to do this?

Interesting. Who forced the Biden administration to do this?

How about trusting most majority muslim countries themselves, which reject the genocide claim?

Highly disagree with this.
Even if you ignore the PRC’s primary materialist / world-historic acheivement over the last few decades (lifting more people out of poverty than any country in history), then you still have futuristic / sci-fi things like:
ELECTRICITY MIX (PERCENTAGE)
============================================================
2010: [████████████████████████] 61% Coal | 39% Clean
2025: [████████████████] 32% Coal | 68% Clean
2030: [████████████] ~25% Coal (target) | 75% Clean (target)
============================================================
These are star trek / bucky fuller level ideas.
cool Japan: “How wholesome!”
cool China: “This site is run by PRC operatives.”
Check those sources. Adrian Zenz, HRW, Pentagon press, ASPCI, and various other US government employees / US and UK state media. Wikipedia is not neutral, its run by US government agents like Katherine Maher, and acts as a spokesman for pro-US / imperialist talking points, and their admins silence anyone who goes against that narrative.
The US failed to overthrow socialism in the PRC, whereas their other color revolutions (especially in eastern europe) succeeded.

Gotta be an issue with proton, probably blocking ml domains. We don’t block any vpns on this server, or run any spying middlemen like cloudflare.
Show me the metro lines connecting walkable neighborhoods. Or high-speed trains between well-developed city centers
China has more high speed rail than every other country combined: https://youtu.be/zkMnxJF22O8

Props to the ppl who made that video, its good.
