Just theorizing based on the information in the body of the post. You ok dude? Must be exhausting to be mad all the time.

Maybe their flight response causes them to lose control of their pouch muscles (because that’s not a priority to survive), therefore accidentally dropping their babies.
As long as I have soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, I can cook up a dish with whatever random stuff in the pantry.
That’s not revolutionary or anything IMO. Yes, powerpoint decks are for presentations, not meetings. At my job, the shared screen in the meeting is usually a confluence page with the agenda or documentation being discussed, and the host typing in the discussion points real time.
They also likely chose her because she’s the Coldplay vocalist’s ex.
Dimple’s face at the bottom looks familiar. I wonder if it was modeled after someone.
That’s why I always order a mixed drink/cocktail.
Same with the top picture, but with a clip-on mic. Then I had a pair of those old classic bookshelf speakers that picked up signal interference like your phone when a text is arriving. I also recorded vocal layers by playing a recorded track on those speakers and singing over it by placing the mic close by.
It’s crazy, but I want to believe that 4chan post from supposedly a government insider. I can’t remember everything, but the aliens are supposedly not coming from space, but are already here and have an established base underwater. That’s why the credible military sightings are over the ocean and the UAPs appear to dive into the water. There’s also another theory that the aliens are in fact humans from the far future, trying to warn humanity about what it’s doing to doom the planet. But I don’t understand why they can’t just make the message clear and have to resort to vague UAP sightings.
I wanna know what’s in the boss level on the rooftop.
You’re not wrong, and the post does say that - starting your own company or creating something new isn’t something that everyone can do, and it’s a tiny, tiny percentage who are actually successful. That’s why the first option they listed is to just join big tech and be a regular cog in the wheel. Obviously as I said, 300k is definitely NOT something you get as a fresh grad. But option 1 is the path of 99.99% of people, becoming an employee. And as I mentioned, that’s hard to do if you can’t even get your foot in the door in the first place.
Home maintenance and minor fixes. I’m sure the new homeowners will appreciate that.
It’s honestly not too bad for advice, although it’s definitely exaggerated (i.e. 300k for a fresh grad; risk for a startup is high, not medium-low). The problem is not the path, it’s getting your foot in the door. CS grads are having a hard time getting hired in the first place. How can you do those things if you can’t even get started.
To be fair, it only works well if the increased pounds go to the right places.
Ok I’ve been meaning to ask this in the Space community or the NoStupidQuestions community. I’ve seen this news circling around the past 2 weeks and have been watching videos of people talking about it.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I think the gist is that astronomers discovered with the JWST that some galaxies at the end of the observable universe appear to be younger than they are supposed to be. So it kinda blows a hole in the big bang expansion where objects farther away should be older. And that somehow ties in with the theory that our universe is inside a blackhole.
It’s fascinating but I don’t know what to do with that information other than just be fascinated. I think it was Neil deGrasse Tyson who said “So what does this new discovery matter to us? Nothing”, because us being in a blackhole doesn’t change anything in the grand universal scheme of things.
I’ve never actually used it. Is it like instagram reels where you can put a photo/video and music together?
Edit: Just tried it. I don’t see the appeal to be honest. A messaging app to me is just that, an app to message people. If I wanted social media to post updates of whatever, I’d use pixelfed or mastodon. The author says the advantage of Signal is the granularity of the audience of your story. IIRC, facebook and the like allow you to restrict down to specific people you want. Obviously the corporate surveillance part is a no-brainer, but if you’re specifically talking about audience filtering, it’s no different.
IMO, instead of social media features, they should try to copy some Telegram features instead (sticker packs, automation, etc.) to make it more enticing to regular users. Make it a full feature chat app instead of a social media app like instagram.
I’m halfway through Samurai Champloo. I like it. Cowboy Bebop vibes, and the soundtrack is amazing (Nujabes). It’s also nice to take a break from shows where the main characters are kids therefore having immature problems.
The Summer Hikaru Died - I like how they did the horror elements and the melancholic vibe. It’s kind of a slow burn so far so let’s see if it picks up in later episodes.
For the strxwberrymilk example, maybe you can just speed up a recorded voice and play it back and forth?
Simple, it ducks before it shoots, like in the picture. ez
God forbid someone can make guesses and think of possibilities in a meme community.
