Def looks like one of the characters Dratch played, but I can’t place her. Barbara Walters maybe?
On second thought, I think that is probably Hazel. The face does not really match, but the hair definitely does. Also, the only characters Dratch portrays that have hair that is that voluminous are Barbra Walters (though that is blonde) and Liz Taylor (which I doubt this is).
