minus-square@lobut@lemmy.calinkfedilink12•3 days agoI worked for a major investment bank and one of their exotics trading teams was basically all add-ons and stuff built on top of Excel. To be fair, the traders looked like Wizards using it, it was pretty neat.
Worked for multiple Fortune 500s, the world is held together by Cobol and Excel. If Excel were to stop working, the world would collapse.
