Yes there is. My grandfather owned a ton of land for all my life and then about a year before he passed he sold it all except for the stretch his house is actually on for a ton of money. In his will he left me a trust of $25M and the property his house is on which is worth about $5M itself, all of which I will have full access to when I graduate. I graduate on May 16.
