An Australian transgender content creator has spoken out after her before and after transition photos were used in a preview clip for Channel Seven's program Spotlight, in an episode about children who regret transitioning, without her consent.

I believe there is no crime in using photos you find online, underage or overage.

  Generally no, the poster has some copyrights to their image. Criminally liable no, also she is Australian.
