Those that care will leave. Those that don’t will drive it down into the depths of hell.
Remember reddit works because of content creators. As they leave or that content changes. It will slowly or quickly change.
And honestly, I don’t mind one way or another what happens to reddit. Maybe they will continue on and pivot to something that makes spez rich. Or maybe it will be a dead ghost town. I have become pretty convinced that the spirit of reddit lives on in the fediverse.
