A case of “he said, she said” or “he said, he said” because I am a guy. No one heard what he was saying to me because he would whisper or talk to me when other people weren’t around. I did not remain anonymous in my report. When the investigation was finished, they said my claims were unsubstantiated. I am still being told that they will not change my shift so that I do not work with him. I physically cannot work in the same building as him. I am incredibly anxious. When HR told me they couldn’t do anything, I cried and decided to go home. I don’t know what to do. If I refuse to work any shifts with him, can they fire me? If their investigation concluded that they do not need to take action?

    I wish I knew what rights you have here. If I were you, I would get a few consultations with employment lawyers. Some will offer free consultations and should be able to point you in the right direction.
