Thes clips are part of the information warfare and serve to both, boost moral of your own troops and demoralise the enemy when they happen to see them. This is about much more than just celebrating violence and morbid curiosity.

No, no matter what reason you may have for this, it’s still disgusting and disrespectful. Even if the victim is a pedophile Adolf Binladen, even if the video serves propaganda, even if it’d had an economical benefit, even if (…). It does not matter.
