Not sure how Miami will get around it but the league will probably just let them go through with these moves (as they think its good for their brand) or theyll give messi and busquets a lower salary on paper (a non DP salary) and pay them other ways such as ownership TV/kit sales money. Im not 100% sure this is what happens but this is my guess.
Isn’t there the DP rule though? They have 2 already not including Messi and Busquets…? Unless I’m reading things wrong
