Unironically, yes, that would be a cool experiment. But I don’t think you’d have to wait two years for something amusing to happen. Bots don’t need to think before posting.
You’re right, a couple days should be enough to see funny stuff. But by two years or so, the bots would have degenerated beyond human comprehension. It would be like encountering an alien species.
