I just viewed this episode. Now, I’ve never seen the original cartoon so I have no idea how close it follows the original story, but is Aang supposed to be such a whiny little bitch? God, he was so annoying with his refusal to learn to use his powers.
Yeah he’s a whiny bitch… But it was a kid show so I think that helped it be more reliable, and helps his growth as the show progresses.
