Why are ebikes with such a tiny tires so common in the US? I never see these where I live. They all have full-size tires. These look like toy bikes to me.
I see them most often on foldable bikes which makes them easier to store or transport. But here on a cargo bike they bring the center of gravity lower making the rider more stable when carrying cargo
