          13, 14, and 15 in combination. The 13th is definitely imperfect, but the others, backed by a sane court, would make a huge difference.

    Could have passed the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, but as with all things, Democrats considered the filibuster more important.

      More exactly, a tiny number of Democrats regarded it as more important, and without them, the rest didn’t have the ability to pass anything

          That’s how we passed the Inflation Reduction Act, which is the biggest piece of climate legislation in US history.

            They didn’t end the filibuster for that. The filibuster is still right there, making damned sure civil rights are limited to only what Republicans will allow. But your attempt to deflect to the consolation prize for Democrats killing BBB without so much as a vote is noted.
