I’m currently vaping a zkittles delta 8 850mg cart, from Budmother. Budmother must have read the law on these alts to sell them as legal, and they do have a psychoactive effect, first time trying and I quite like it. Really smooth on my throat and really stealthy in public. Going to the beach this weekend and will take it with me.

        Yep, from Lyphe (formerly known as TMCC). It’s pretty mellow and really great for pain tbh. When it’s so bloody hot it’s good to relax for bed too.

    Is delta 8 legal in the UK? Surely if it has a psychoactive effect it would be automatically banned under the psychoactive substances bill.

      Well they sell it and HHC, they are both less than 0.2% THC so they are trying this angle I guess because it’s derived from hemp and hemp isn’t scheduled, it would probably have to be tested in court to see where it lies legally officially.

      I did think this too myself. The psychoactive substances bill doesn’t actually outlaw possession, not that this matter in this case just wanted to mention it.
