Here, for people not wanting to give it traffic.
It would be hilarious if not sad.
No. Stop talking about Reddit or trying to drive traffic there. Let it die
But… This is a community dedicated to talking about it…
Ah, you’re assuming I read the sublem title. I did not
You tell em to let it die, yet call it “sublem”.
This isn’t Reddit. There are no “Sublems” but there are 'Communities". If you want “subs” then go back to Reddit where they have them.
[Speaking as a mod]
This community is about Reddit and its downfall. I understand if you don’t want to talk about this topic; but other people do.
Also, go easy on telling people what they should/shouldn’t do. It’s obnoxious.
Note that you can block whole communities from appearing on your feed, if you so desire. Check the settings.
[From another comment] Ah, you’re assuming I read the sublem title. I did not
Please, when commenting, make sure to check in which community you’re commenting and the local rules.
You: bursts into a church
Also You: “Jesus sucks lol”
For those who haven’t been there, how about a little context?
r/reclassified listed banned and quarantined subreddits.
Not gonna lie, a few of the subs listed there were better gone. However plenty of them were banned for bullshit reasons, while Reddit Inc. was still hiding its “advertisers are our customers, users and similar things are our product”.
And now, r/reclassified was itself banned, under the claim that it was unmoderated. “Perhaps” because Reddit Inc. made sure to show the middle finger to the moderators.
Did they… did they ban a list of banned subreddits?
hosting a list of banned subreddits
On redditNot the brightest bunch
It should be copied to fediverse, imho, and pushed to search engine https://indexnow.org, so it will reach broader masses…
[Speaking as a mod]
If anyone happens to create a Fediverse community about banned subreddits, I’d like if people let me know about it - I’ll link it in the sidebar of this comm. In the meantime, feel free to talk here about subreddits being banned, as it’s directly related to Reddit’s downfall.
Wonder what else happened
You tell em to let it die, yet call it “sublet”.
