I guess when you have beaten the heart on A20 with all 4 characters and have all achievements there isn’t anything else to check off and so the game is technically complete. I’m extremely close to this (I have all achievements but still struggling to get those A20 Heart kills) but even when I do eventually get them I’m still going to keep playing the game all the time. It isn’t really a game you “win” and then are done.
