Hopefully this is a reasonable community for this question. Podcast 2.0 seems to have some neat features, like potential activitypub integration, commenting, chapters, closed captioning, etc. I would love all that stuff in a podcatcher. But then it also seems all tangled up in crypto BS! I can’t hardly search anything about it without encountering crypto nonsense… But on the other hand, some otherwise pretty legitimate entities have apparently embraced it, like AntennaPod. Sorry if this is a stupid question, I tried looking into it myself but couldn’t really reach any conclusions.
