I think it came out in the mid 2000s and there was a sequel as well. It’s a foreign language film. It’s about an ancient battle between two worlds on earth, maybe? There’s like one scene where the person is encountering someone and they turn into some owl like creature??? I know in the sequel a car is scene driving on the side of a skyscraper and it causes like a rippling effect on the windows. I can’t remember what the hell it’s called. Help me, please.
