Over the last three months, colleagues from our editorial, creative, engineering, product, legal, commercial and partnerships teams have set up a Guardian AI working group to consider how we respond to these risks and opportunities and to draft a set of Guardian-wide AI principles.

    Surprised they haven’t been already. Didn’t Reuters and others start using generative AI back in like 2015 to help write articles?

    I feel like if an article isn’t important enough for a human to write it, it probably isn’t important enough for a human to read it.
